What this service does

AgentFlow AI reads a CV you provide, works out what kind of role suits you, and matches that against job postings collected from public job data APIs. It is a search and matching tool. It is not a recruitment agency, it does not represent you to employers, and it does not submit applications on your behalf.

Your account

You can see a free preview of your matches without an account. You need an account to save a profile, track applications or buy a plan. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done through your account. One account per person. Do not share credentials, and do not create accounts on behalf of other people without their knowledge.

Fair use

Searches are capped at twenty five per account per day. The cap exists because every search costs us money, and one person hammering the service would spoil it for everyone else. Do not attempt to work around the cap, script the interface, resell access, or redistribute our matched results as your own product.

Job listings are not ours

Every posting shown here originates with an employer or a job board, collected through their public APIs. We do not write the listings, verify the employers, or control whether a role is still open. A posting may be filled, withdrawn, duplicated, or simply wrong by the time you read it. Always check the details on the employer's own page before applying. Roles sourced from Remote OK link back to Remote OK, as their API terms require.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that you will find a job, get an interview, or receive a reply. We do not promise that the matching is complete: a role that exists may not appear, and a role that appears may not suit you. We do not promise the service will be available without interruption. The service is provided as it is and as it is available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kode Foundry is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost earnings or opportunities, or for any decision you make on the basis of what you see here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Your content

Your CV stays yours. It is read in your browser and never uploaded to us, so we could not claim rights over it even if we wanted to. The profile derived from it is yours as well, and you can change or delete it whenever you like.

The Tracker's check against an applicant tracking system is guidance, not a guarantee. Every system screens differently, and a good score is not a promise of an interview.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harvest data about other people, to probe or attack the infrastructure, or to circumvent App Check, rate limits or authentication. We may suspend or remove an account that does any of this, without notice where the conduct is serious.

Price and changes

Current prices are on the pricing page: a free preview of your top three matches, a monthly plan at twelve dollars, and a one off lifetime tier at twenty nine dollars limited to the first hundred accounts. Any change to a price is announced on that page before it takes effect, and an existing plan is not repriced underneath you. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time from your profile page and runs to the end of the paid period. We may change or withdraw features as the product develops.

Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can delete your account from your profile page or by emailing hello@kodefoundry.com. We may end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service.

Governing terms

These terms, together with the Privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and Kode Foundry about this service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
